Responsibilities
Find and sign up local sellers — traders, shop owners, side hustlers.
Sit with them and get their first listings live with good photos, honest condition and fair prices.
Keep sellers active: follow up, help them reply to buyers and restock.
Log your seller visits in the rep console so your work counts toward payouts.
Flag anything that looks unsafe or fake to the BNS team.
Requirements & Skills
20 active sellers on-boarded per month
300 live listings per month across your sellers
Sellers still selling after 60 days (retention)
Hit both the seller and listing targets and the KPI bonus is added automatically to that month's earnings.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
No experience required but Marketing skill would be an advantage.
Minimum Experience
less than 1 year
Help everyday sellers get online and earn every month for the sellers and listings you bring. You work your own hours, in your own city, with a dashboard that tracks every cedi and dollar you earn.
