*1. Financial Planning & Advisory:* Assess clients' financial goals, income and risk tolerance to create personalized financial plans covering savings, investments, retirement, tax and insurance. *2. Investment Management & Client Relations:* Recommend and manage suitable investment products, monitor portfolio performance, provide regular market updates, ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain long-term client relationships.

_1. Requirements:_ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field. Must have 2+ years experience in financial advisory, banking or investment. Professional certification (CFA, CISI or GSE license) is an added advantage. Must understand Ghana financial regulations. _2. Skills:_ Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, excellent communication and sales ability, client relationship management, knowledge of investment products, risk assessment, integrity, confidentiality and proficiency in financial software/Excel.
