Responsibilities
Attend to walk-in customers and help them choose outfits that match their style.
Keep the shop tidy, organised, and visually appealing at all times.
Manage sales, issue receipts, and record daily transactions.
Assist with trying sessions, product pairing, and upselling.
Track stock levels and update management on items that need restocking.
Support the CEO with scheduling, errands, calls, and admin tasks.
Follow up with clients on WhatsApp; send photos, prices, and order updates.
Assist with content preparation—taking photos/videos of new arrivals.
Prepare simple reports: daily sales, customer feedback, and inventory notes.
Maintain a warm and professional atmosphere in the store.
Requirements & Skills
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Good sense of style and confidence around fashion.
Ability to suggest outfit combinations and guide clients tastefully.
Organised, punctual, and reliable.
Able to multitask in a busy shop environment.
Basic ability to use WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and simple digital tools.
Experience in retail, fashion sales, or customer service is an advantage.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Shs / hnd / degree (any field).
Experience and attitude may be considered more than certificates.

A new fashion retail store is looking for a friendly, well-presented, and organised Sales & Executive Assistant to support our daily operations. You will serve both as a shop assistant and an executive assistant to the CEO.
Your role includes attending to customers, helping them style outfits, managing sales records, keeping the store organised, tracking inventory, and assisting with simple administrative tasks such as calls, scheduling, and social media support.
