Responsibilities
- Keep follow-ups with buyers on time and make sure nobody is forgotten
- Book calls between buyers, our sales team and partners
- Keep buyer records accurate and up to date
- Support the team with day-to-day admin
Requirements & Skills
- Experience in sales support, customer service, admin or real estate
- Very well organised, with strong attention to detail
- Clear spoken and written English
- Confident on WhatsApp, phone, email and spreadsheets
- Honest, reliable and professional
- Own smartphone and reliable internet
Minimum Qualification Requirements
No specific degree required. Proven organisational experience and clear communication matter most. Experience with spreadsheets or CRM tools is an advantage.
