Responsibilities
• Play your instrument as part of a multi-gifted music ministry team.
• Learn, rehearse and prepare music for ministry assignments.
• Work with other team members to bring different gifts and sounds together.
• Follow musical direction and participate in preparation and training.
• Faithfully attend agreed rehearsals, meetings and ministry assignments.
Requirements & Skills
• Ability to play at least one musical instrument competently.
• Applications welcome across instruments, including keyboard, guitar, strings, wind instruments, drums or percussion.
• Intermediate level preferred.
• Ability to learn music and work with other musicians.
• A teachable heart and willingness to receive guidance, correction and training.
• Reliability, cooperation and a willingness to honour agreed commitments.
• Willingness to serve God through music and contribute to the team’s vision.
Availability and the level of commitment each applicant can offer will be discussed during interviews.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Basic Reading, Comprehension and Writing Literacy
Practical ability to play a musical instrument, preferably at an intermediate level or above.
Selection will consider musical ability, character, teachability and commitment. The heart matters.

paul esuon is recruiting two instrumentalists to join a multi-gifted team being built for God, with a vision to carry a sound to the nations.
The team will bring different gifts and individual sounds together to carry the master’s voice in music. Applications are welcome from instrumentalists who can play and are willing to give themselves to preparation, growth and ministry service.
Intermediate level preferred. musical ability matters, and the heart matters.
Location
Tantra hills, Greater Accra.
