Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Oversee daily rice, and maize flour processing operations.
Develop and implement production schedules.
Ensure Building, machinery and equipment are properly maintained.
Monitor operational efficiency and productivity.
Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
Inventory & Warehouse Management
Supervise receipt and storage of paddy rice and maize inventory.
Monitor inventory of raw materials, finished goods, packaging materials, and consumables.
Ensure accurate inventory records are maintained.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
Prevent inventory losses, theft, and wastage.
Sales & Distribution
Manage relationships with wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and institutional customers.
Coordinate product deliveries and logistics.
Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
Monitor customer satisfaction and market feedback.
Financial Oversight
Monitor daily revenue and expenditures.
