Responsibilities
- Operate HOWO heavy-duty t
Semi Trailer trucks for long-distance haulage operations.
- Transport limestone, clinker, gypsum, coal and other bulk materials.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after trips.
- Ensure safe loading, transportation and delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate waybills and trip records.
- Report mechanical faults promptly to management.
- Comply with road safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality and proper vehicle care.
Requirements & Skills
- Valid Ghanaian driver's licence appropriate for heavy-duty articulated trucks.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant heavy-duty driving experience preferred.
- Proven experience operating HOWO tipper trucks is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of long-distance haulage routes, particularly Takoradi, Tarkwa, Kumasi and Buipe.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fault identification.
- Ability to work independently and complete assigned trips on schedule.
- Must be disciplined, reliable and safety-conscious.
- Must provide verifiable references from previous employers.
