Responsibilities
Operate excavators safely and efficiently for excavation, trenching, loading, grading, and other earthworks activities on construction sites. Ensure daily inspection and proper maintenance of equipment while complying with all site safety regulations and operational procedures.
Requirements & Skills
Minimum 2–3 years proven experience operating excavators on construction or road projects
Ability to operate excavators safely in different site conditions
Good understanding of excavation, trenching, and earthmoving operations
Ability to conduct daily equipment inspections and identify basic mechanical issues
Knowledge of construction site safety procedures and hazard awareness
Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and site engineers
Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments and extended hours when required
Good teamwork, discipline, and communication skills
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Valid excavator operator license
Previous road construction or civil works experience is an advantage
Minimum Experience
2 years
