Responsibilities
Assist with daily road construction activities as instructed by the supervisor.
Assist with excavation, filling, drainage, concrete works, paving, and road maintenance.
Load, unload, move, and arrange construction materials and tools.
Follow instructions from supervisors and work effectively with other workers.
Follow all site safety rules and procedures.
Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements & Skills
Previous experience in road construction or general construction work is preferred.
Physically fit and able to work outdoors for long hours.
Willing to work in different areas of the project site.
Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Good work attitude, discipline, and punctuality.
Must comply with site safety rules and regulations.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Previous experience in construction work is preferred but not mandatory.
Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
Able to understand and follow basic instructions.
Willing to work outdoors and in a construction site environment.
Minimum Experience
1 year
Assist with general road construction work and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
