Responsibilities
Visit local markets as required by the company to identify potential clients.
Coordinate with the sales manager and freight forwarders to arrange shipment of goods.
Maintain sales contract records, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and track sales performance.
Oversee local logistics and warehouse operations
manage daily coordination and verification of shipping documents between the finished goods warehouse and the finance department.
Assist in handling after-sales service and promptly address customer complaints.
Manage, categorize, organize, archive, and safeguard sales contracts and other marketing documents.
Requirements & Skills
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales.
Proficient in office software with strong data processing skills.
A team player with self-motivation and integrity.
Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
B.Sc. – bachelor of science
hnd – higher national diploma
nd– national diploma
master's degree – master of business administration (mba), and other related
