Responsibilities
1. Promote and Sell Company Products
2. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
3. Develop New Customers and Markets
4. Expand the company’s presence across regions in Ghana.
5. Build Strong Customer Relationships
6. Maintain regular contact with existing customers.
7. Resolve customer complaints and provide after-sales support.
8. Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
9.Monitor ongoing building projects for sales opportunities.
10. Recommend suitable paint systems for projects.

Minimum Qualification Requirements
1. Diploma or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
2. SHS certificate with strong sales experience may also be considered for junior sales roles.
3. Basic knowledge of paints, construction materials, or building products is an advantage.
4. Good communication and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to speak English and local Ghanaian languages.
6. Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, WhatsApp business communication, etc.).
7. Previous sales or field marketing experience is an added advantage.
8. Must be confident, target-driven, and willing to travel for field work.
