Responsibilities
The Sales Manager is a contract role based in Takoradi. The individual will be responsible for: 1. Developing and executing strategies that drive the sales of FoneGo's products 2. Recruiting, managing, and supervising field sales agents 3. Monitoring daily sales activities and field performance 4. Ensuring proper customer onboarding and KYC compliance 5. Overseeing customer repayment behavior and collections follow-ups 6. Collaborating with operations and credit teams to manage risk 7. Preparing and submitting daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Requirements & Skills
*1-3 years of prior experience in a similar role *Strong background in sales and the ability to guide sales agents to meet targets *Strong knowledge of sales processes and customer engagement strategies Compensation Commission-based model during the 3-month probationary period.
