Responsibilities
Responsible for keeping the garden clean, neat and productive. Duties include soil preparation, planting vegetables and fruit trees, weeding, watering, making and applying compost, pruning, maintaining planting beds, and carrying out general garden and small-scale farming work.
Requirements & Skills
Experience with gardening or farming is preferred. Must be willing to work independently and take good care of plants.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Basic experience in gardening, farming or crop production is preferred. Must be hardworking, reliable, physically fit, willing to learn, and able to work independently with little supervision. Basic knowledge of planting, watering, weeding and soil preparation is an advantage.
