Cook all foods required and food items shopping and setting up for business Cook meals according to good cooking, menu standards, and customer requests.Prep ingredients: Wash, cut, chop, and measure raw items before cooking.Control quality: Check food taste, temperature, and visual appeal before serving.

Basic RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent qualification.1–2 years of active cooking experience in a commercial kitchen environment.Must possess a valid local food handler's permit or safety certification.Full flexibility to work demanding schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Physical DemandsPhysical stamina to stand and move quickly for long shifts lasting 8 to 10 hours.Physical strength to safely lift and carry heavy kitchen supplies weighing up to 20 kilograms.Ability to work comfortably in high-temperature, fast-paced environment kitchen conditions.Technical and Soft SkillsAdvanced knife skills with an emphasis on speed, precision, and safety.Proficient operational knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment (fryers, slicers, mixers).High stress tolerance with the ability to stay calm, organized, and focused during peak rush hours.Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively.Excellent memory
