Kitchen experience or fast-food / street food experience is an advantage Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and during peak hours Strong team player with a positive attitude Ability to work well under pressure, especially when the truck is busy Responsible handling of food, equipment, and cash register Punctual attendance and reliability are a must

Minimum of 1 year work experience in a kitchen environment Understanding of modern cooking methods and basic food preparation principles Ability to learn and adapt quickly to our specific menu and workflow
