An Ordinary Factory Hand assists in the day-to-day production activities of a factory. Their duties include loading and unloading materials, sorting and packaging products, operating simple machinery under supervision, and keeping the work area clean and organized. They are expected to follow instructions from supervisors, comply with company policies, and observe all health and safety regulations by using the required protective equipment.
