* Minimum of JHS, SHS, or equivalent qualification. * Previous cleaning experience is an advantage but not required. * Ability to read and follow instructions. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Honest, trustworthy, and responsible. * Hardworking with a strong attention to detail. * Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Punctual, reliable, and well-organized. * Good personal hygiene and professional appearance. * Willingness to learn and follow company procedures. * Ability to handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely. * Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
