Attend to customer inquiries and provide product information. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products. Follow up with customers and generate sales. Handle complaints and resolve customer issues. Maintain good customer relationships. Meet sales targets and support business growth.

We are now openly recruiting full-time Sales Representatives for our Ghana operations. Gender open; age 22–35 years. Preferred Candidates • Education: University degree or above. Outstanding fresh graduates and industry newcomers are welcome — comprehensive hands-on training will be provided. • Market Knowledge: Priority will be given to candidates with familiarity of local wholesale markets, experience in field sales, B2B sales, or established networks with distributors and traders. • Mindset: Must be willing to work in the field, resilient, target-driven, and genuinely committed to building a stable, high-income career. • Professional Qualities: Proactive, highly responsible, strong cross-departmental collaboration and problem-solving skills; able to adapt to short-term business travel. • Core Competencies: Excellent business negotiation skills, client relationship management, and market analysis capabilities; results-oriented.
