Recruitment of Waterproofing Foremen & Labourers

WATERPROOFING FOREMAN - Supervise/coordinate daily waterproofing activities on site. - Ensure proper installation of waterproofing membranes, coatings, and other systems. - Allocate tasks to labourers and monitor performance. - Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety procedures. - Monitor material usage, report material requirements and provide daily progress update to the Project Supervisor. - Identify and report site challenges, defects, and installation issues promptly. WATERPROOFING LABOURER - Assist with the preparation of surfaces before waterproofing. - Support the installation of waterproofing membranes, coatings, and other systems. - Assist with material handling, mixing, and application as instructed. - Keep the work area clean, organised, free from unnecessary hazard and comply with site safety procedures. - Handle tools, equipment, and materials responsibly. - Report material shortages, damaged equipment, and unsafe conditions.

WATERPROOFING FOREMAN - Proven experience in waterproofing or general construction works. - Practical knowledge of waterproofing materials and application techniques. - Ability to lead a team and coordinate site activities effectively. - Good communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills. - Ability to read and follow technical instructions. - Strong commitment to quality, safety, and timely project delivery. WATERPROOFING LABOURER - Previous experience in waterproofing or construction is an advantage but not compulsory. - Willingness to learn waterproofing techniques and follow instructions. - Ability to work effectively in a team. - Physically capable of performing construction-related duties. - Punctual, hardworking, reliable, and safety-conscious. - Willingness to work at different project locations.

WATERPROOFING FOREMAN - Minimum of SHS/Technical or Vocational education. - Proven practical experience in waterproofing or construction works. - Demonstrated ability to supervise and coordinate site workers. - Knowledge of waterproofing materials, application methods, and site safety procedures. - Relevant technical training or certification is an added advantage. WATERPROOFING LABOURER - Minimum of Basic Education (JHS). - Previous experience in waterproofing or general construction is an advantage but not compulsory. - Willingness to learn and follow technical instructions. - Ability to work effectively in a team and comply with site safety requirements.
