Responsibilities
Check tender websites and company notices every day for vehicle, SUV and pickup tenders
• Track deadlines and keep a daily list of open opportunities
• Prepare and submit tender documents with our team
• Contact procurement officers, contractors, fleet managers and HR departments to introduce our vehicles
• Report your leads and results weekly
Requirements & Skills
• HND or degree in Business, Procurement, Marketing or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, procurement or tender work (fresh graduates with strong skills may apply)
• Good writing skills and comfort with Excel/Word, email and WhatsApp
• Well organised, with a strong habit of meeting deadlines
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Just be good at finding hot deals
Must be work oriented
High pressure so must be focused
Social media skills is a plus
Be kind, respectful and open
Critical thinking and boldness
Minimum Experience
less than 1 year
