Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
* Find and develop new customers.
* Visit spare parts shops, mechanics and other potential customers.
* Promote and sell our products.
* Follow up with existing customers and maintain good business relationships.
* Prepare quotations and follow up on orders and payments.
* Meet agreed sales targets
Requirements & Skills
* 1+ year experience in automotive spare-parts sales preferred
* Good knowledge of vehicle spare parts and common car models
* Experience dealing with spare-parts shops, mechanics and customers
* Good communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to find new customers and make field visits
* Ability to identify parts from part names, samples and pictures
* Basic computer/phone skills for WhatsApp, quotations and customer records
* Honest, hardworking and reliable
* Target-oriented and comfortable working with commission
* Must be willing to work around Spintex and other areas in Accra
* A valid driver’s licence is an advantage, but I wouldn’t make it compulsory unless the person will drive.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Senior High school certificate, diploma and Degree in marketing

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Spare Parts Sales Representative to join our team in Spintex, Accra.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling automotive spare parts, developing new customers, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and increasing company sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and approach new customers, including spare-parts dealers, mechanics, workshops and vehicle owners.
* Visit customers in the field and introduce our products.
* Promote and sell automotive spare parts and related products.
* Understand customer needs and recommend the appropriate parts.
* Prepare quotations and follow up on customer enquiries and orders.
* Maintain good relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat purchases.
