Responsibilities
Manage bakery workers and the job processes;
Ensure smooth operations and report on any abnormality;
Manage customer relationships and behaviors and report weekly on sales trends;
Manage the stock of ingredients and the in and out of every inventory, using Excel sheets;
Manage employees wages;
Manage production and sales data using Excel sheets;
Ensure the bread supply schedule is smooth;
Ensure good maintenance of equipment and keep data of schedule maintenance;
Requirements & Skills
Must be skilled and experienced in Human Resources Management;
Must know how to use Microsoft office;
Must be sales oriented;
Must be a well organized person;
Must be patient and know how to resolve conflicts;

Minimum Qualification Requirements
Degree in business or human resource management or any related training
Basic knowledge of Microsoft office
Minimum Experience
1 year
