Vacancy: Experienced Tailors & Seamstresses Wanted

Key Responsibilities - Take measurements, cut fabrics and sew garments. - Construct custom-made and ready-to-wear outfits. - Ensure excellent fitting, neat stitching and quality finishing. - Carry out alterations and repairs. - Meet production deadlines and maintain high-quality standards. - Maintain a clean, organised and professional working environment. - Work effectively with the team and follow instructions.

Requirements: Must have practical sewing experience. Ability to cut, measure and sew accurately. Good knowledge of garment construction and finishing. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Creativity, professionalism and attention to detail. Ability to work as part of a team.

Basic education with proven tailoring skills and practical experience, or an NVTI/CTVET Certificate in Fashion Design, Garment Making or Tailoring. HND or Diploma in Fashion Design and Technology is an added advantage. At least 1–2 years of working experience in tailoring or garment production. Ability to cut, sew, fit and finish garments independently. Good knowledge of measurements, fitting and garment construction. Attention to detail, punctuality and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
