Joe Nartey Co. Ltd has established itself as the leading company in the sale of land andheavy-duty equipment rental services in the Ningo-Prampram environs. The companyhas a total asset valuation of more than Ghs15m comprising huge investments in landawaiting development and sale, six tipper trucks, two D22 bulldozers, one D12bulldozer, two excavators, two back holes, and one payloader just to mention a few.The company has completed some land development and sale of serviced plots over thepast years; notably amongst them is the Abia development which was 150 acres and theJN phase two which was made up of 167 acres of land. All these plots were acquired,developed, and fully sold by Joe Nartey Company.
