Class Teacher

- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and learning activities. - Teach basic literacy, numeracy, social, and creative skills to young children. - Create a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment. - Supervise children during classroom activities, playtime, and meals. - Support children’s emotional, social, physical, and intellectual development. - Observe, assess, and record each child’s progress and development. - Use songs, stories, games, and creative activities to encourage learning. - Maintain classroom discipline using positive behavior management techniques. - Communicate with parents/guardians about children’s progress and wellbeing. - Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of all children at all times. - Prepare teaching materials, learning aids, and classroom displays. - Participate in school meetings, training, and other school activities.

- Previous teaching experience in a preschool, nursery, or kindergarten setting is an advantage. - Must have passion for working with young children. - Knowledge of child development and early learning methods. - Ability to prepare lesson notes and classroom learning materials. - Must be patient, caring, and responsible. - Teaching certification or professional qualification is an added advantage. - Must be able to work effectively in a school environment. - Persons must live in or around Santa Maria
