COOK * Prepare and cook meals according to the restaurant menu * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen * Ensure food is properly stored * Work with the kitchen team during busy periods * Monitor food quality and portion sizes. BARTENDER * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks * Attend to customers in a professional and friendly manner * Keep the bar area clean and organized * Monitor stock levels and report shortages * Handle customer payments accurately SECURITY RECEPTIONIST * Welcome and direct guests and visitors * Monitor the entrance and ensure the safety of the premises * Record visitor information and maintain a visitors’ log * Answer phone calls and provide basic information to customers * Report any suspicious activities or security concerns * Assist with front desk duties and maintain a clean reception area

COOK *Experience as a cook or chef in a restaurant * Ability to prepare local and continental dishes * Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety * Ability to work under pressure * Must be punctual and responsible BARTENDER *Previous experience as a bar attendant or barman is an advantage * Good customer service and communication skills * Ability to work under pressure and during weekends or shifts * Must be honest, punctual, and well-presented SECURITY RECEPTIONIST *Previous experience in security or reception is an advantage * Good communication and customer service *Ability to remain alert and professional at all times * Must be honest punctual and well presented * Basic Computer knowledge is an added advantage

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Waiters / Waitresses * SHS Certificate (WASSCE/SSSCE) * Experience in a restaurant is an advantage Cook / Chef * SHS Certificate or NVTI / Catering Certificate * Minimum 2 years cooking experience preferred Bar Attendant / Barman * SHS Certificate * Experience in a bar or restaurant is an advantage Front Desk / Receptionist * SHS Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or Hospitality * Basic computer knowledge required Security Receptionist * SHS Certificate * Experience in security or reception is an advantage Store Keeper * SHS Certificate or Diploma in Store Management or Accounting * Knowledge of stock keeping is an advantage Food & Beverage Officer / Supervisor * Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Management * Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality operations
