Responsibilities
1. Vehicle Management
Keep full supervision of all showroom vehicles, including stock check, vehicle condition maintenance, display arrangement and document filing.
2. Staff Management & Recruitment
Arrange daily shifts for sales team, supervise daily work performance, conduct on-site training, and assist with interviewing & hiring new employees.
3. Incident Handling
Deal with customer complaints, vehicle disputes and all unexpected on-site issues properly.
4. Assist Sales Closing
Cooperate with sales consultants to follow up clients, negotiate deals and support smooth vehicle transaction procedures.
Requirements & Skills
1. Minimum 3–5 years relevant management experience in auto retail.
2. Possess a valid driving license.
3. Passionate about automobiles; candidates with Chinese language proficiency are preferred.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
College Diploma or above. Applicants majoring in Business Administration or other related disciplines will be prioritized。
Minimum Experience
4 years
1. 3–5 years auto retail management experience, familiar with Ghana’s car market
2. Possess a valid driving license
3. Min. qualification: College Diploma; Business Administration & related majors prioritized
4. Strong communication, coordination & crisis-solving skills, able to manage teams under pressure
5. Self-motivated, responsible and capable of multi-tasking
Probation: 3,500 GHS basic salary + attractive sales commission with unlimited earning potential. After confirmation, higher base pay, performance bonuses and full welfare will be negotiated in-person.
