* Plan and deliver engaging, practical lessons for primary and lower secondary students. * Make STEM exciting through experiments, demonstrations, projects, problem-solving and real-world applications. * Develop students’ curiosity, critical thinking, scientific reasoning and independent learning skills. * Introduce STEM/STEAM, coding, technology and hands-on learning where appropriate. * Prepare lesson plans, teaching resources, practical activities, assignments, tests and assessments. * Differentiate teaching to meet students of different abilities and learning styles. * Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback and additional support where needed

* Strong knowledge of STEM subjects. * Innovative, creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching. * Excellent communication and classroom-management skills. * Ability to explain complex scientific ideas in simple, engaging ways. * Strong practical, analytical and problem-solving skills. * Comfortable using technology and digital learning tools. * Ability to inspire children to become scientists, engineers, inventors and problem-solvers. * Patient, adaptable and learner-centred. * Good organisational and teamwork skills. * Passion for STEM, experimentation and hands-on education. * Commitment to child safeguarding, professionalism and continuous learning.

* Graduate - General Science or related field * Minimum 2 years’ teaching experience * Teaching qualification/certification preferred * Strong knowledge of STEM * Experience with practical experiments and STEM/project-based learning * Good ICT and digital teaching skills * Creative, innovative and enthusiastic approach to teaching * Experience with the Oxford International Curriculum or British curriculum is an advantage
