The ideal candidate will be responsible: 1. Posting and managing listings - uploading and updating product listings online, ensuring accuracy in pricing and availability 2. Customer communication - responding to inquiries, engaging with potential buyers, and convincing them to make a purchase. 3.
Order processing & delivery coordination - arranging deliveries, confirming payments, and ensuring smooth transactions. 4. Customer follow-ups & after-sales support - maintaining good relationships with customers and handling any concerns. 5. Receiving payments - ensuring payments are received from customers before or after dispatching items.
