Duties and Responsibilities: • Daily cleaning of classrooms, offices, common areas, and toilets • Basic maintenance and reporting repairs to the Administrator/Management • Front desk duties, including welcoming visitors and handling deliveries • Opening and closing the school premises • Monitoring security and safety of the school grounds • Supporting the Administrator and Management with general duties as required

Basic Skills Required Cleaning and Maintenance Skills Sweeping, mopping, dusting classrooms/offices Cleaning washrooms and school compounds Waste disposal and keeping surroundings tidy Basic Repair/Maintenance Minor repairs (doors, desks, locks, bulbs, plumbing issues) Reporting damaged facilities Basic handyman skills are an advantage Security/Monitoring Opening and locking school gates/classrooms Monitoring visitors and school property Reporting suspicious activities Groundskeeping Cutting grass and clearing weeds Keeping playgrounds and compounds clean Health & Safety Awareness Proper handling of cleaning chemicals Keeping school environment safe for students Knowing basic hygiene standards Personal Qualities: Honesty and trustworthiness, Punctuality, Hardworking attitude, Respectful and disciplined, Ability to work without supervision, Good relationship with teachers, students, and parents
