*Key Responsibilities*
1. *Administrative Support*
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for executives or teams
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute follow-up action items
- Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence: emails, calls, mail, and deliveries
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems
2. *Communication & Liaison*
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, staff, and external partners
- Screen calls and visitors, then route requests appropriately
- Draft and proofread reports, memos, presentations, and official letters
