Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls professionally Manage office correspondence (emails, letters, WhatsApp) Schedule client meetings and maintain office calendar Contact debtors via telephone to remind them of outstanding debts Negotiate repayment plans with debtors in a professional, respectful manner Document all calls and follow-up actions in the company CRM Work closely with the Case Manager to escalate difficult cases Maintain confidentiality of all client and debtor information Perform basic data entry and filing
Requirements & Skills
Female (preferred for this role) must live within or near pokuasi, amasaman, or barrier (commuting distance) minimum of wassce certificate (diploma or degree in secretaryship, business admin, or related field is an advantage) proficient in microsoft word, excel, and google suite excellent spoken and written english (twi is a plus) good telephone etiquette and negotiation skills ability to work under pressure and meet recovery targets must have your own smartphone (android or iphone) previous call center or recovery experience is a plus but not required — training will be provided
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Minimum of wassce certificate (diploma or degree in secretaryship, business admin, or related field is an advantage)
