Facilitator for a Child With Autism

* Assist the child in understanding classroom instructions and assignments. * Help the child stay focused and engaged during lessons. * Simplify or repeat instructions when necessary using appropriate communication methods. Behavioral & Emotional Support * Monitor and manage emotional regulation and sensory needs. * Help the child remain calm and focused during stressful or overstimulating situations. * Encourage healthy interaction with classmates and teachers. * Support the child in developing communication and social skills. Communication & Reporting * Maintain regular communication with parents regarding the child’s daily progress, challenges, and achievements. * Work collaboratively with teachers, school administrators, therapists, and parents.

Minimum requirements * senior high school certificate or equivalent. * experience working with children, especially children with autism or special needs. * ability to communicate clearly in english.
