• Assist chef with basic food preparation.
• Wash, peel, chop, and prepare ingredients as directed.
• Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
• Wash dishes and ensure proper storage of kitchen items.
• Receive, check, and store food deliveries appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas.
• Dispose of waste according to procedures.
• Assist with stocktaking and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Chef
