Kitchen Assistant – Responsibilities Assist the cook with food preparation and cooking. Wash, peel, cut, and prepare ingredients. Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and hygienic. Assist with receiving and storing food supplies. Help with serving food when required. Follow food safety and hygiene standards. Support the cook with other kitchen duties as needed.

Requirements & Skills Basic knowledge of food preparation. Good hygiene and cleanliness. Ability to follow instructions. Hardworking and reliable. Good teamwork and communication skills. Punctual and responsible. Ability to work in a busy kitchen environment. Previous kitchen experience is an advantage.

Minimum Qualification: Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) or JHS education. Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food preparation.
