From reading General Arts (Literature option) at Mfantsipim School, I proceeded to read Sociology/French at KNUST where I graduated with First Class Honours. This involved teaching colleagues by leading study group discussions and leading two research projects. In 2023 I completed my Masters in Organisational Leadership and Governance which covered leadership theory, communication and public relations, human resource management, change management, strategy and ethics.

I excel at motivating people to fulfil their potential through one on one (online inclusive) coaching and public speaking scenarios. I have done this from SHS by leading class tutorials through to the Masters level where I dedicated time to teaching older colleagues who needed extra teaching sessions to fully grasp concepts. in my professional capacity within the Insurance space, I assist in onboarding National Service Persons at the branch level where job tasks and expectations are clearly spelt out.
