Sales Distribution Executive

Identify and onboard new supermarkets, pharmacies, gyms, and retail outlets Replicate already selling and successful stores Pitch and secure product placement deals Build relationships with store managers and buyers Monitor stock levels and restock regularly Track weekly sales performance per outlet Suggest new sales channels and partnerships Educate store owners and keeper on proper preservation procedure eg. Temperature and handling Ensure proper product display and visibility in stores

Strong communication and persuasion skills experience in sales (fmcg is a plus) must be proactive and self-driven good understanding of accra market ability to move around (important) results-oriented mindset
