Responsibilities
You will assist with:
Setting up and finishing the farm
General farm support duties
Hydroponic and innovative farming activities
Following strict operational procedures and daily routines
Compound maintenance and cleaning
Lawn mowing and trimming flowers/trees
Washing vehicles
Running errands on behalf of the company
Any ad hoc tasks assigned on a given day
Requirements & Skills
Age: 18–24
minimum qualification: shs
degree or technical background is a plus
must live around oyarifa, adenta or nearby areas
must be disciplined, teachable and hardworking
interest in agriculture, hydroponics or practical technical work is highly desirable
must be comfortable with physical work and outdoor tasks
ability to follow instructions carefully is extremely important
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Wassce
degree in agric related course a plus
Minimum Experience
1 year

A new innovative farm currently under construction is looking for a young, disciplined and hardworking individual to join the team.
This is a hands-on role for someone interested in farming, hydroponics, modern agriculture, and learning how high-standard operations are run.

Monthly salary: GHS 1,200 – 1,500
