I solve administrative problems that reduce productivity by building the right systems to promote efficiency in work flow.
In my previous role as Administrator I created tools that tracked students enrollment against the available school capacity. This minimised the risk of enrolling students blindly given high enrolment traffic.
As a Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor I engaged with International partners in West Africa, Mozambique and Germany to increase the productivity and incomes of smallholder Cashew farmers. I conducted monitoring surveys to ascertain the economic case of the cashew business.
