SikaTop Seal-107 is a two-component, polymer-modified, cementitious waterproof and protective slurry mortar. It consists of a liquid polymer and a cement-based mix with special admixtures. The two components are pre-batched and easy to mix and apply. SikaTop Seal-107 is used for waterproofing and damp-proofing various surfaces and structures, including water-retaining structures, wet areas, external and internal concrete, mortar, brickwork, and blockwork surfaces. It can seal fine hairline cracks in concrete not subject to movement, serve as a leveling mortar for concrete repair, and protect concrete from de-icing salts, freeze-thaw damage, and carbonation. Key properties include slight flexibility, breathability (allowing water vapor passage), and excellent adhesion to properly prepared substrates.
