Marketing & Business Development Executive

Develop and implement market to increase brand recognition and market visibility Position Construction Supply as a trusted supplier of construction chemicals and specialised construction materials Identify opportunities to promote the company and products among artisans, contractors, engineers, project managers, architects, etc Ensure strong presence on all media channels Identify and pursue strong partnerships, collaboration, and events among key stakeholders Develop a database of various stakeholders for periodic engagements Develop and maintain a strong digital and social media presence with product videos, trainings, promotions, etc. Work with the website team to ensure updates, improve visibility, and traffic And any marketing and business development engagement to be assigned

A minimum of an HND or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations or a related discipline. Professional certification in digital marketing, social media marketing, Google Ads, Meta advertising, content marketing or related areas will be an advantage. Applicants with proven marketing achievements and a strong portfolio may be considered based on demonstrated competence. EXPERIENCE & TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in marketing, brand management, digital marketing, lead generation or business development. Demonstrable experience planning and executing marketing campaigns. Practical knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and WhatsApp Business marketing. Experience using Meta Business Suite, Canva and other content creation or campaign management tools.

Minimum of HND or First Degree in any sales or marketing related area. Minimum of 2 years working experience in related areas Proficiency in the use of various Apps for designing and online tools
