Waitress and Kitchen Assistant Wanted

*WAITRESS* - Greet customers with a smile and welcome them - Take food and drink orders accurately - Serve food and drinks to tables - Know the menu and recommend items to customers - Keep tables clean and set up for new guests - Handle bills and payments correctly - Respond to customer complaints politely - Work with kitchen staff and other waiters as a team - Maintain personal hygiene and clean uniform *KITCHEN ASSISTANT* - Help chefs prepare ingredients — washing, peeling, cutting vegetables - Keep kitchen clean — wash dishes, pots, floors, work surfaces - Store food items properly and label them - Assist with basic cooking under chef's supervision - Dispose of waste properly - Make sure kitchen tools and equipment are clean and in place - Follow health and safety and food hygiene rules - Help receive and store kitchen supplies

- Good communication and customer service - Polite, friendly, and smiling - Able to speak English (plus Twi / Ga is an advantage in Accra) - Neat and presentable appearance - Able to work under pressure and for long hours - Fast learner and good memory for orders - Teamwork - Basic math for handling bills
