All Positions: Responsible for preparing and maintaining consistency and quality of our food, customer service, cleanliness, organization and branding. Kitchen Lead: Responsible for preparing and maintaining consistency of our core dishes. Kitchen Assistant Assist with preparation, portioning, cleaning, stocking and general kitchen production. Customer Service / Cashier: Provide excellent customer service, take customer orders, process payments, assemble and package orders and manage delivery-platform orders. Street Marketing / Brand Ambassadors: Help introduce Big Easy to customers throughout Osu, especially around Oxford Street and nearby nightlife areas.
