Key Responsibilities Strategy & Vision - Define and communicate a clear company vision, mission, and long-term strategy - Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and growth avenues - Set annual and quarterly goals aligned with the company's mission Operations & Execution - Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments - Build and maintain scalable systems, processes, and infrastructure - Ensure operational efficiency and accountability across teams Financial Leadership - Own the P&L; drive the company to profitability and manage costs responsibly - Set budgets, forecasts, and financial targets in partnership with finance leadership - Secure funding or capital as needed (if applicable — investors, lenders, grants) Team & Culture - Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing executive team - Build and protect a strong, values-driven company culture - Foster clear communication and alignment across the organization

Qualifications Required - 1+ years of executive leadership experience. - Proven track record of driving growth and managing P&L responsibility - Strong financial acumen and strategic decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to a board - Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams - Comfortable with a compensation structure weighted toward equity and future upside rather than guaranteed pay

Preferred - Experience in the services industry - Experience scaling a company from startup to profitable stage, ideally in an owner-operator or founder capacity - Track record of successful fundraising or M&A activity - Relevant certificate — WASSCE, Diploma, Degree or equivalent experience
