Responsibilities
Collect and deliver packages, documents, and other items from clients or the company to specified locations. Ensure all deliveries are made accurately, and items are handled with care.
Regularly inspect and maintain the motorcycle or vehicle used for deliveries.
Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate department.
Provide courteous and professional service to all clients.
Address any inquiries or concerns from clients regarding their deliveries.
Requirements & Skills
Strong knowledge of local routes and the ability to navigate effectively.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and handle deliveries responsibly.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Previous experience as a dispatch rider or in a similar role is preferred.
Licenses: Valid motorcycle or driving license, depending on the vehicle used.
