Deliver Orders: Safely complete Uber Moto rides and deliveries across target routes. Hit Daily Targets: Meet daily revenue goals and remit earnings daily via Mobile Money. Maintain the Bike: Perform daily safety checks and bring the bike for scheduled bi-weekly oil changes. Protect the Asset: Keep the motorcycle clean, secure, and well-cared for at all times. Use Navigation: Manage trips and routes using a smartphone with active GPS. Stay Professional: Follow traffic laws and deliver excellent customer service. Report Issues: Notify management immediately of any accidents or mechanical faults.

Requirements Valid Rider’s License (Category A). Location: Must live in or near Kwabenya, Pokuase, Ashongman Estate, or Ofankor. Valid Ghana Card & Reliable Guarantor. Android/iOS Smartphone with active internet data. Prior Experience: Minimum 1 year rider or Uber Moto delivery experience preferred. Key Skills Safe Driving: Excellent road safety awareness and motor handling. App Navigation: Fluent in Google Maps and ride-hailing apps. Basic Maintenance: Ability to spot minor bike defects early. Customer Service: Polite, honest, and professional communication. Time Management: Punctual and disciplined with daily ride targets.

Minimum Qualification Requirements Education: Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) or Senior High School (SHS) certificate preferred. Licensing: Valid Category A Rider's License. Identity: Valid Ghana Card (mandatory for identity verification). Guarantor: Must provide one reliable Guarantor with a valid Ghana Card and proof of residency. Age & Physical Fitness: Minimum 21 years old, physically fit, with good vision and health. Language: Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English and local languages (Twi/Ga).
