As a Delivery Rider, you are required to perform your duties diligently and professionally. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Picking up and delivering items promptly and safely • Ensuring timely and accurate deliveries • Obtaining proof of delivery where required • Maintaining daily delivery records • Proper handling of goods to avoid damage or loss • Maintaining the assigned motorbike in good condition • Adhering to road safety regulations • Providing excellent customer service • Reporting incidents, delays, or damages promptly

Age: 25 years and above Good communication and interpersonal skills Proven motorcycle riding experience Valid rider's license Good knowledge of local roads and routes Physically fit and able to work long hours when required Honest, reliable, and trustworthy Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality Ability to use GPS and map applications (e.g., Google Maps) Basic smartphone literacy Customer service-oriented with a professional attitude Ability to handle deliveries carefully and securely No criminal record (preferred) Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines Ability to maintain accurate delivery records Willingness to work weekends and holidays when necessary Knowledge of basic motorcycle maintenance and safety checks Must always adhere to road safety and traffic regulations Prior experience as a courier rider is an added advantage

Must have at least a drivers license Category A
