Looking for a Barbar

Provide professional men’s and women's haircuts, fades, trims, and styling. * Perform beard trimming, shaping, and grooming. * Consult with clients to understand their preferred hairstyle and grooming needs. * Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation of barbering tools and workstations. * Ensure all tools and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained. * Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for clients. * Keep up with current haircut, grooming, and styling trends. * Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area. * Recommend suitable hairstyles and grooming services to clients when appropriate. * Manage appointments and ensure clients are attended to promptly. * Follow the salon’s policies, standards, and hygiene requirements. * Help promote the salon’s services and maintain good relationships with clients.

* Minimum of WASSCE/SSCE or equivalent. * Professional barbering training/certificate from a recognized barbering or cosmetology institution is an advantage. * At least 1–2 years of practical barbering experience preferred. * Demonstrated ability to perform fades, haircuts, line-ups, beard trimming and styling. * Good knowledge of hygiene, sanitation and proper handling of barbering tools. * Good communication and customer-service skills. * Ability to work professionally with clients and other salon staff. * Portfolio/photos/videos of previous work will be an advantage.
