Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections and testing of customer-purchased appliances before and after installation.
Visit customer locations to diagnose and fix electrical or functional issues with ACs, TVs, refrigerators, and washing machines.
Provide clear technical explanations and operational guidance to customers.
Ensure all work is carried out safely and complies with company and regulatory standards.
Maintain records of service visits, repairs, and parts used.
Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to improve customer satisfaction.
