Requirements:
•must have a diploma or degree in education relevant to the subject area (science, computing, english, or french).
•must have passed the ghana teacher licensure examination (gtle).
•strong academic knowledge in the subject area.
•experience in teaching is an advantage (not mandatory for fresh graduates).

•strong classroom management abilities.
•effective communication and interpersonal skills.
•ability to assess and monitor student progress.
